KarenTUBBSIt is with the greatest sadness that Nick announces the death of his deeply loved wife, and devoted soulmate, Karen who passed away peacefully on Monday 20th September 2021, aged 57 years, in the Nightingale Macmillan Unit of the Royal Derby Hospital. Much loved sister of Tracey, beloved daughter of the late Peter and Shirley Smith and proud to be a niece, aunt, great aunt and cousin to her wide-reaching family. The funeral service to celebrate Karen's life will be held at Markeaton Crematorium, Main Chapel on Friday 8th October at 2.30pm - Karen has requested that attendees dress in colour. Family flowers only, donations in lieu to benefit the Nightingale Macmillan Unit and Action for Pulmonary Fibrosis can be given on the day or sent care of Meek House 521 Burton Road Littleover DE23 6FT 01332 913 112 www.lymn.co.uk
